When do I meet ?
Before we meet I will let you know my availability and you can choose whatever date and time  suits you from my availabilty. The sessions will take place on the same day and time you decide to choose.

Where do the session take place ?
I am based in Forest Park, Bracknell, RG12 9YA.

How many sessions will I require ?
I provide the option for both time-limited and open-ended therapy. After our initial consultation, if you choose to continue, I suggest beginning with six sessions. This allows you to familiarise yourself with the counselling process. After this initial period, we can assess our time together and discuss how you would like to proceed.

Who do I work with ?
I work with adults 18 years old and over.

Am I qualified ?
Yes I have been awarded a diploma in counselling and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working under an ethical framework, my registration number is 403299. What areas do I cover and is there counselling near me ?
I cover the Berkshire area based at RG12, this includes the towns of Bracknell, Warfield, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Forest Park, Hanworth, Winkfield, Wokingham, Binfield, Reading, Woodley, Ascot, Crown Wood, Sunningdale,  Harmanswater, Martins Heron, Finchampstead, Jennett's Park Bracknell, Windsor.

How much does counselling cost ?
My fees are £55.00 per 50 minute session.
